A subscription is a permanent rental.
You pay every month for access, and what you put in stays with the vendor. In the terms of many vendors, your data can be used to improve their products. Your habits, your margins and the way you work end up as someone else’s product.
Paying that subscription funds your own obsolescence. The better the tool gets at your business, the more it is worth to the company that owns it, and the less it is worth to you.
We do not rent software. We build the console: the private version of the tool, set up for how you work, on your machine, with your data in your own database.
