We collect almost nothing.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless and does not track individuals across sites. We read its aggregate page figures to see which pages get read. There is no Google Analytics and no advertising pixel on this site.

The contact form

The form on the contact page sends your message to our own server, which does two separate things. When our own Cloudflare storage is working, it keeps a copy of the message there. When our own Cloudflare mail relay is working, it passes the message to our inbox, where a named person reads it and replies. If the mail relay is not working, the form says so and your own email client opens with the message filled in; nothing is sent until you press send there, but a copy may already be stored on our server. The stored copy is deleted after 400 days. The form makes no request to any other company.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. Because the analytics is cookieless, there is no consent banner to click through.

Third parties

Cloudflare hosts this site, runs its Web Analytics, and stores and delivers contact-form messages as described above. There are no other trackers, no embedded social widgets and no third-party fonts loaded from a CDN.

Our products

The products you self-host keep their data on your infrastructure, not ours. Our own model service (Tier 1) is not open yet. When it opens, the text you send to a model will pass through our servers on its way to the model, and before anyone can switch it on we will say here, in writing, what we keep and for how long. On your own key, the text goes to your model provider. On your own hardware (Tier 3) it stays with you. See Security for the detail.
