Self-hosted business software
Agents draft the routine work. You approve what goes out.
We do not rent software. We build the console.
Solutions Factory builds business software that runs on your own machines, with your data in your own database. Nothing is sent until a person approves it. You pay a flat software fee, with no per-seat charge.
Runs on your side
On your machine, with your data in your own database.
You approve
Agents draft. A person approves what goes out.
On the record
Every run is logged: what it did and what it cost.
A spend cap
Each agent and each run stops at a limit you set.
Your model
Your key, a model on your machine, or metered through us.
A person comes to you
Local pilots in Sjöbo and Hörby, set up in person.

Draft, nothing is sent until you approve it
Hi Maja, thanks for asking. We can deliver 40 loaves a week from 3 November, on Tuesdays and Fridays. The price is 18 SEK a loaf. Shall I book the first delivery?

How a job runs
From the inbox to sent, one step at a time.
An agent reads, sorts and drafts. Then it stops and waits for you. Only after you approve does anything go out.
- It reads
- New messages come in and the agent counts them as it goes, so you can see how far it is.
- It drafts
- Replies are written from your own price list and your past quotes, not from a template.
- It waits for you
- The run stops at the gate until a person says yes. A draft never sends itself.
- It sends once
- Approved drafts go out, and the record shows who approved and when.
Done: 14 messages handled, 1 reply sent

- Wait for you
- Approve and send
Two ways to read it
One run, read two ways.
Someone technical can open the full log. The owner gets one screen: what happened, what is ready, what it cost and what needs a decision.
- The raw agent log
- Every step, in order, for the day you want to check the work.
- The one-screen summary
- Plain words for the owner. No jargon and no scrolling.
- Both stay on the record
- Switching the view never changes what was kept.
Invented data. The same run, read two ways. Both stay on the record.
What we do
Your tools, built for you and kept by you.
We build the private, client-owned version of the software you rent today. It runs on your side, your data stays yours, and the workflows we build are yours to keep. See what is built and what comes next.
Routine work waits until Friday at 5pm.
CRM records go stale because typing them up is the part of the week nobody wants. Quote replies sit, and the forecast is built on gaps.
The usual fixes fall short. A hosted tool keeps your client data on someone else's platform and adds an AI tier priced per user. A self-hosted tool keeps your data and leaves the typing to you.
For a travel designer the same problem is a client email that needs a checked, priced itinerary before anyone can answer it.
Pick the job you want gone.
Each agent is a small app for one job. You tick the jobs you want and they are deployed to your workspace, with a preview first and nothing sent without your click. A representative installs each one for you.
Know who has not paid you
Once a month it reads your open invoices, groups them by how late they are and drafts a report for you to read. It does not contact anyone.
It reads: Your open invoices in your accounting system
Preview first. Nothing leaves without your click.
Installed for you by a representative.
Stop paying for forgotten subscriptions
Would look through your bank lines for repeating charges and list the ones that look unused, so you can cancel them. It would cancel nothing itself.
It reads: Your bank statement lines
Preview first. Nothing leaves without your click.
Installed for you by a representative.
Never lose a missed call
When a call is missed, it lists the number, finds the customer in your CRM and drafts a callback message for you to approve.
It reads: Missed-call notices, caller numbers and your customer list
Preview first. Nothing leaves without your click.
Installed for you by a representative.
Hear it early when a customer may leave
Flags customer accounts that show signs of leaving and drafts a message you can choose to send. It sends nothing itself.
It reads: Customer accounts in your CRM
Preview first. Nothing leaves without your click.
Installed for you by a representative.
Read the feedback without reading every email
Sorts incoming customer feedback emails into five groups, scores the mood of each and gives you a short digest.
It reads: Customer feedback emails in your Gmail
Preview first. Nothing leaves without your click.
Installed for you by a representative.
Know about every renewal before it lapses
Keeps one list of license, insurance, domain and filing renewals and warns you before each one.
It reads: The renewal dates you give it
Preview first. Nothing leaves without your click.
Installed for you by a representative.
The products.
The engine, APG (Agents Proving Ground), runs the agents, and the console shows you what they are doing. CRM and Drengur are built on the engine, and together they are the suite. Case Room and Brain stand on their own.

Demo data. 3 drafts waiting for you. 24 runs today, 3.4 h saved. Spend 62% of today’s cap.
The console
One screen for every agent.
What each agent did, what it cost against its limit, and what is waiting for you to approve.

Demo data. inbox-sort is running. Cost cap: 62% used. Every run is on the record.
The engine (APG)
The agent runtime, with recipes.
Every agent is declared in a registry, held to a cost cap and watched for health. Changing the model is a config edit.

Demo data. 2 follow-ups drafted, held for you. 12 contact records tidied. Pipeline complete, nothing typed.
Solutions Factory CRM
Agents do the data entry.
A full CRM where four agents keep the pipeline complete, so nobody types it up at 5pm on a Friday.

Demo data. Day 3 of 7 checked. Partner prices matched. Itinerary ready for your approval.
Drengur
An itinerary agent for travel designers.
It turns a client email into a checked, client-ready itinerary for your approval. Nothing is sent automatically.

Demo data. Next deadline in 6 days. 3 papers filed to the right folder. Draft ready for your review.
Case Room
Prepare your own case, on your computer.
A standalone app for people who cannot afford a legal team. It organizes your papers and drafts in the form your region expects. It does not give legal advice.

Demo data. 2 notes filed, 1 linked. Monday briefing ready. Everything stays on your machine.
Brain
A private notes vault that files itself.
Plain Markdown notes with agents that file, link, recall and brief. It works without any AI model and runs on your side.
See Brain →The delivery service
We build it and keep it running.
The delivery service is how a client gets agents built for them. We design them around how you work, run them in your own APG and keep them healthy on a retainer. It is a service, and there is no off-the-shelf version.
Case Room, Brain and the agent store are not released yet, and each page says where it stands. See what is coming.

It is an agent operating system connected to your own tools. It reads and drafts, and one dashboard shows what it did and what waits for you. A person approves what goes out.
Talk to us about an engagement →Four rules the software enforces.
Data stays in your database.
Contacts, deals, itineraries, money records, audit logs and agent telemetry sit in your database on your infrastructure. Inference is the one exception, and it is the one you control.
The machine drafts, a person confirms.
Agents read and reason on their own. A reply or a payment waits for a person to approve it before it leaves.
A failure is reported as a failure.
If a model returns the wrong shape, the run fails. It is not retried, and the record says what happened.
Spend stops at a cap.
Every agent has a spend limit, and so does every run. An agent that overspends stops before the cost reaches your bill.
Priced like infrastructure.
A flat software fee, with no per-seat line anywhere. Agents are USD 5.99 to 9.99 each a month, and Premium is USD 49 a month for nine. One flat monthly total, no credits, and a 30-day refund.
Inference is billed separately and itemized: your own model key, a model on your own GPU, or metered through us once that tier opens. We confirm fees per engagement, because they depend on scope.
See pricing →A real person who comes to you.
Someone from Solutions Factory visits your business, sets the first agent up with you and comes back to see how it went. Local pilot for businesses in Sjöbo and Hörby: no setup fee, about 2,200 kr a month for three months, in return for your feedback and a case study.
